EQD SEGMENT IN MOVINS

genoabox
Good day, we're receiving a movins file with the following string LOC+147+0540482::5'MEA+WT++KGM:26000'TMP+2+000:CEL'LOC+9+ITGOA:139:6'LOC+11+AEJEA:139:6'RFF+BM:1'EQD+CN++40HR+++5' the question is: is it acceptable a code like this 40HR or it's better to use normal ISO code (e.g. 45R1) or asterix if part of the code is unknown ? anselmo

Hi Anselmo;

I always enjoy Superciuk !

About your question: 40HR is a valid "group code" which relates to Thermal containers - refrigerated and/or heated with removable equipment.

This "group code" includes the following "type codes":

H0         Refrigerated and/or heated with removable equipment located externally, coefficient of heat                   transfer K=0.4 W/(m2.K)
H1         Refrigerated and/or heated with removable equipment located internally
H2         Refrigerated and/or heated with removable equipment located externally, coefficient of heat transfer K=0.7 W/(m2.K)
H3         Spare
H4         Spare

There is a really detailed documentation on the SMDG web site under the menu SMDG->Documentation->SizeType->New.

Hope this will help you

Ciao !
